一、指导思想：

利用科学发展观发展学校教育工作，以推进教学、教研、作业、评价的有效性为抓手，进一步加强英语教研组建设，继续实现增效减负，不断提高英语课堂教学的有效性，提升教师业务能力。

二、重点推进工作及目标：

进一步加强教研组建设，继续发挥我们英语教研组的辐射引领作用，同时学习校其他教研组的经验与方法，大家取长补短，共同提高。我们还须着重加强对教材分析、把握、理解和挖掘的研究，加强教师备课能力，通过集体教研活动、流程管理的检查、反馈评估等办法，不断指导教师提高备课有效性，制定符合本校本班实际的教学目标，安排好适切的教学内容，以此提高课堂教学的实效性。

1．发挥我们教研组的辐射引领作用，介绍经验，同时虚心向校其他教研组学习，大家取长补短，共同提高。继续加强教研组建设，根据上学期提出的建设目标继续开展研究，提高教师与时俱进的发展意识。

2．继续深化有效教学研究，加强集体备课，通过集体教研活动，着重加强对教材分析、把握、理解和挖掘的研究，提高教师备课能力。

3．狠抓教学流程管理，通过检查、反馈评估等办法，使教师不断提高备课有效性，制定符合本校本班实际的教学目标，安排好适切的教学内容，以此提高课堂教学的实效性。

三、具体措施：

（一）继续加强教研组建设，根据自身特点研究制定发展目标

1、教研组建设：完成上学期制定的校本培训课题，根据上学期制定发展的目标继续开展研究。

2、发挥教研组长、备课组长在教学五环节中的作用，以严谨科学、奋发向上的进取精神，研究教学，研究学生，提高教师与时俱进的发展意识。

3、加强新课程理论学习，学习新课标，明确各年段的教学任务，重点研究执教年段的教学任务。

（二）通过集体教研活动，着重加强对教材分析、把握、理解和挖掘的研究，提高教师备课能力。

1、集体备课每月不少于二次，每次教研活动有中心议题，以便对教材分析、把握、理解和挖掘的研究。

落实点：各类教学计划、教案中各单元分析，要关注各个 Peried Unit Module 2、1、2、

Project 坡度及衔接。

3、坚持组内听评课，加强评课，检验集体备课的效果，切实提高课堂教学能力。 （三）制定符合本校本班实际的教学目标，提高课堂教学的有效性，

1、研究学生，撰写好符合本班实际教案，课前再次修改教案，明确各教学要点及步骤。 2、通过教学反思、随笔，回顾教学，寻找薄弱点，积累教学经验。

（四）关注学生，着眼于学生的可持续性发展。

1、根据学生年龄段，调动学习积极性，关注学生学习情感的投入。

2、制定方案，加强教育，改变学生学习行为，培养良好的学习习惯。 3、制定措施，加强训练，增效减负，夯实学习基础，掌握学习方法，提高学习能力。 4、减负：教导处于期中、期末两次召开有关作业量的学生座谈会，并不定时地进行随访。

（五）继续加强教学流程管理，提高教学的有效性

1、教研组、备课组记录本：重点查发展目标。

2、继续加强随堂听课，查互听互评、议课研讨，查教案修改，查学习习惯、查全体学生的参与度。

3、查备课：抓课堂教学的规范操作：切实加强集体说课、议课、改课的备课组活动，发挥组内合力作用，开展教学实践研究。

⑴计划部分：整册教材教学、训练重点、教学策略、教学措施，进度表。

（包括目标、训练重点、教学环节、步骤调 ⑵教案部分：各单元分析，修改后的教案，

整）课前预习、练习设计（主要一、二题）。

⑶反思部分：学生学习情况、效果评析，改进意见。

⑷作业：作业布置的一致性、作业批改的精细性为重点检查内容。

⑸教学评价：遵循教研员要求，共同拟定练习卷，紧扣教材，关注教学重点的落实，知识点的衔接。

四、其他工作：

1、修改、补充教师个人五年发展规划，加强层次性、递进性与可操作性，避免目标的含糊、空洞。

2、组织好三年级语、数、英区级监控。
